Q.  I placed my order and used NEXT DAY AIR but did not receive my order the next day. Why is that?
    Shipping services like NEXT DAY AIR are services provided by our shipping companies. It simply means you will receive the order the next day after it leaves our facility. It can take anywhere from 1-5 days to process an order depending on workload and parts availability. Please keep in mind that we sell parts for all the major car companies. There are literally hundreds of millions of part numbers available to order. We can't stock every part number. We stock the fast moving, best selling items and the rest need to be ordered. Ordered parts can take 1-5 days for us to receive and the manufacturers will not ship directly to the end user. The parts must ship to the dealership first.
