SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping quotes on this website are estimates only and are subject to increase based upon, weight, size and destination. The price qouted is correct 85% of the time but large or heavy items will incur additonal costs.
We sell over 60K Volvo Parts and Accessories, everything from a clip to a complete body side that is 12 feet long and ways 500 lbs so we do not have real time shipping rates. Rates are an estimate only and may increase drastically depending upon weight, size, destination and hazmat certification.
We reserve the right to refuse business if shipping charges cannot be agreed upon. All shipping charges are collected to offset expenses we incur including but not limited to: shipper fees, boxes, packaging materials, personnel and damaged goods not recovered.
We will notify you if shipping charges are more than the shopping cart detailed and exceed 10% of sales.

RETURN POLICY
You have 30 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.
NO refunds on select parts including:
Electrical parts such as modules, sensors, switches, relays etc...
Safety related parts such as airbags, seatbelts etc...
Custom parts such as cut keys and coded lock cylinders because they are customized to fit your car alone

The online catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not reflect the availability or stocking status of the items. Volvo will occasionally discontinue or supercede a part number, thus effecting a price change or availability. In such cases, you will be notified via email or phone before any charges will occur. If a pricing error occcurs we will notify you and give you an opportunity to accept new prices or cancel the order. We reserve the right to refuse business should the online product price or shipping price quote be too low for us to make a profit.

We Aggressively Prosecute Credit Card Fraud:
We take fraud seriously. It is a crime to purchase products
using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers.
Further, it is a crime to misuse the charge back process to obtain a refund for
goods that you obtained fraudulently. Whether you are the victim, or the
perpetrator of fraud, be assured that we will actively pursue and prosecute
fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law. We submit all fraudulent
orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United
States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Secret
Service for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will
work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue
fraud offenders.
Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants
and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on
for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either
refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or
different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products
online.
