Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and wieght. The minimum shipping expense will be $7.95. However, you will be contacted via email or phone if the actual freight charge is more than the estimated shipping charge. NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED DUTY AND TAX COLLECT. Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

We only ship to the address you provide us on this web site. If you need a change of address on your order you must contact us via e-mail or phone before your order has been shipped. Once an order has been shipped it is out of our control.   

You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. All returns must be in the original packaging to receive full credit. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as ie; looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, etc. a 15% restocking fee will apply if you provided a vehicle identification number (Vin) at the time of your order. In the event, that you have not provided a Vin for your vehicle all returns are subject to management approval. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.

If you receive an incorrect part it will be processed in one of the following ways. 1. The correct part will be shipped once the incorrect part has been returned. 2. You can create a new order and it will be proccess immediately. You will receive credit for the incorrect part when it is returned. 3. A credit will only be issued when the part has been returned.

NO refunds on electrical parts.

Due to manufactures core return requirements all cores MUST be returned in the original package. Core credit will not be issued if original packaging is not returned.

All Paypal payments will be refunded by check. The refund check will be mailed out within 10 days of receiving returned merchandise.

Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products online.
