SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and wieght. The minimum shipping expense will be $7.50. However, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier. Any orders with a value over $100.00 we strongly suggest using UPS insured. UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED DUTY AND TAX COLLECT. Damaged or lost Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.

RETURN POLICY
You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to an error such as, you looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. All parts returned must be in original packaging with the part number labels in tact. We will not accept parts that have been installed or damaged. NO refunds on electrical parts.
