SHIPPING POLICY
Estimated Shipping: Shipping charges are estimated due to location and weight. The minimum shipping expense will be $9.50. However, the freight amount will be the actual freight charged by the carrier. UPS, Fed-Ex or USPS. NOTICE: INTERNATIONAL ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED DUTY AND TAX COLLECT. Oversized items such as bumpers and fenders are considered oversize3 by fedex and have a minumum charge of $125.Once the item has been packaged, weighed and measured you will be contacted with the freight amount. We are sorry but we do not ship HOODS, ROOFS or TRUNKS. If you have any questions please call us before ordering your parts.
Damaged Items: The carrier is responsible for all items damaged during shipping. You will need to fill out a damaged claim report from the carrier to be reimbursed. Please do not return these items to us as we are not responsible for the reimbursement.
Effective 09/22/12: Due to an increase in shipping costs, all orders under $100 will incur a Handling and Insurance charge of $2.95.

RETURN POLICY
You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts.

using a false or stolen credit card, or false or stolen credit card numbers.

goods that you obtained fraudulently. Whether you are the victim, or the
perpetrator of fraud, be assured that we will actively pursue and prosecute
fraud offenders to the fullest extent of the law. We submit all fraudulent
orders, as well as the IP address used to perpetrate the fraud, to the United
States Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the United States Secret
Service for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, we will
work with cardholders, credit card companies, and local authorities to pursue
fraud offenders.
Fraud offenders not only take advantage of online merchants
and consumers, but they also abuse the system the Internet community relies on
for its normal operation. This abuse will continue the trend of merchants either
refusing to sell products to those with free email services, mail drops, or
different ship-to addresses, or completely refusing to sell their products
online.
