Return Policy

General

You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error ( i.e. looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout), you may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately. NO refunds on electrical parts.

Cores

• All cores must be returned within their original undamaged packaging
• Shipping costs for returned cores are your responsibility
• We highly recommend you insure your returned core against any loss or damage with the carrier of your choice
