RETURN POLICY
You have 10 days after receiving the item to process the return. If the item is incorrect due to your error such as, looked up the wrong part, selected wrong option, or did not provide us with your VIN number during checkout. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If the incorrect part is due to our error, we will resolve the issue immediately.
If you receive an incorrect part it will be processed in one of the following ways. 1. The correct part will be shipped once the incorrect part has been returned. 2. You can create a new order and it will be proccess immediately. You will receive credit for the incorrect part when it is returned. 3. A credit will be issued when the part has been returned.
NO refunds on electrical parts.
Due to manufactures core return requirements all cores MUST be returned in the original package. Core credit will not be issued if original packaging is not returned.
All Paypal payments will be refunded by check. The refund check will be mailed out within 10 days of receiving returned merchandise.
