Do you post our inventory?
No, we offer complete online parts and accessory catalogs, it is not limited to what you have in stock.

Is the catalog secure?
Absolutely, we use several different methods to assure the security of your customers. McAfee/Hacker Safe tests and certifies daily to protect against server vulnerabilities and hack attempts. We use GoDaddy for the EV-SSL certificate to secure the online transactions. The SSL is an EV (extended validation) certificate with the green bar to improve conversion rates and uses the highest assurance 2048/256 bit encryption. And all confidential information in stored on a 3rd party PCI compliant server.

Can Dealers use Co-Op Funds?
Yes, most manufacturers offer Co-Op funds for online ventures and our software fits within those requirements.

Who bills the customer?
You do, its your Website, your order, your customer.

What payment options do you offer?
The online processors we currently offer is PayPal Express, PayPal Advanced, Google and Amazon Checkout. For accepting credit cards we use a 3rd party, A+ rated, PCI Compliant gateway/merchant provider. Some of the FREE features provided is free setup, fraud protection, address verifiction, cardholder authentication, reports, virtual terminal and several other tools.

Does the software send automated emails?
Emails are automatically sent to the customer for registration, order status and final shipment. Dealers are also notified of any orders or messages sent. You have the option to add comments, flag as 'Must Read' and choose not to send the automated email.

What about Updates?
We handle all OEM parts and accessory updates. There is no work to be done on your end. Updates are done monthly.

What about aftermarket parts?
If you have any aftermarket items you would like to add to the catalog. We offer a "Create Your Own Catalog" feature for any apparel, diecasts, performance or whatever else you may sell.

Where does the accessory data come from?
From dealer sources, we manually create and maintain accessory catalogs.

Where does the parts data come from?
The raw data is obtained thru an automotive publication company in the industry since 1903 offering both Mechanical and Collision OEM parts data. We convert this data into a searchable catalog format and supply in a highly secured e-commerce Storefront application.

Does the catalog support Wholesale customers?
Yes, in the customer manager you have the ability to setup unique price levels, accept PO numbers, remove tax, free shipping etc..

What is a Unique URL?
A URL is the website address or Domain Name. We setup a URL related to your business, for example DealerNameParts.com, which gives the parts department their own URL for accessing or advertising their catalog.

What is Domain Privatizing?
Domain privatizing is like a domain mask. We use your domain name and mask over partswebsite.com, this puts the entire catalog under your domain name.

Do you offer custom designs?
Yes, we can give the catalog a custom design. Please see Products and Pricing above, or ask us for more examples.
